Quite simply, the way we do business. We can charge less than 
our competition and still produce high quality work because we do 
not use any form of mass media advertising. That´s right, we do 
not advertise on television, radio or in newspaper, and we do no 
cold-call telemarketing.

How have we grown?
The old-fashioned way. The majority of our business comes from 
word of mouth. We pass out fliers around all of our installations 
and urge neighbors to check out our work. When nearby residents 
see and hear about the quality products and great workmanship, 
they too become excited and ask us to make similar improvements 
to their homes.

Don´t other companies do that?
No,  this type of advertising only works for those companies that 
take special care of their customers. Much of our competition 
relies heavily on mass media advertising which results in higher 
costs.
